Our Mission

Anointed Minds, Inc., (AMI) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3)organization founded in 2006 to MOTIVATE and SUPPORT urban youth by endowing them with DIGNITY, SELF-WORTH, MEANING, PURPOSE, and HOPE.

The mission is executed through the provision of workshops and programs. Supported by research and evidence-based practice AMI programs have an overarching goal to enhance humanity by empowering citizens with invaluable Life Skills and Character Development tools.

At AMI we firmly believe that most individuals want to be good people and productive members of society. We believe that the best way to create hope is to start by identifying a person's strengths and building from there. A successful life outcome is influenced by an individual's past and by cultural, social, and economic circumstances.

Therefore, we consider an individual's personal history, family and cultural customs, and current living conditions. From there, we seek to assist and influence participants to make behavioral modifications that will lead to positive life outcomes.
